Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our costs vary by need but range between $20 – $40 per visit dependent mostly upon time needed by client. Most common is $22 per visit. We customize our visits to fit your needs and budget.
Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: We utilize W-2 employees so our entire company and employees are bonded and insured. God forbid something happens, we have a $25,000 dishonesty bond in place which is substantially more than what other companies carry. Our Pet Caretakers are thoroughly screened through a phone interview, face to face interview with both owners, 6 reference checks, and background checks through a nationally known company. Safety and security is very important to us and we would not put anyone in your home we would not place in our own.
Q: How do I know the visits have taken place?
A: Our Pet Caretakers complete an online form once the visit is complete. We receive instant notification once the form is submitted and then review the report to ensure all the objectives are met. We provide you with a daily report that provides full details of the exact arrival times, all services that were completed, and a positive note regarding the time with your pet(s).
Q: How long are each of your visits?
A: We do not necessarily put a timeline on visits but generally they are between 20 and 30 minutes in length. There have been times when we have been on visits for 2 hours due to the needs of the pet.
Q: Do I get to meet the person that’s going to be doing the visits?
A: We certainly can arrange that. However, we review the care plan with our employees and introduce them to your pet(s) on the first visit to ensure it is a good fit. They will understand where everything is and exactly what needs to be accomplished on each visit.
Q: Will it be the same person that does the visits?
A: Our goal is to have the same person doing each visit, however, it depends on the needs of each visit and the availability of our Pet Caretakers. Since we conduct introductions and provide a tremendous amount of accountability, we will ensure you have a consistent experience.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We prefer online payments using your bank’s quickpay system such as Zelle. We also accept ACH and credit cards through our merchant services tied to our online portal.
Q: How does your billing work?
A: Payments are required to confirm your reservation. We pay our employees twice a month and your payments are needed to pay the employees for the work they do.
